The PM-LPA20 Print and Apply Labeler integrate a high- performance print engine (TSC& SATO), precision control system, and dedicated applicator arm into a compact industrial platform. With three application technologies— tamp- on, blow – on, and wipe- on—the series accommodates diverse label sizes, product surfaces, and production speeds. Designed for seamless integration into automated lines, these systems deliver consistent accuracy, minimal downtime, and easy maintenance, serving industries such as logistics, electronics, automotive, warehousing, and food & beverage.
Advanced Capabilities：
- Print-on – Demand Efficiency: Real -time printing and applying eliminates pre- printed label waste and ensures data accuracy.
- High – Precision Application: Achieves ±1mm static placement accuracy for pressure and roll – on models, ±2mm for blow- on models.
- Versatile Applicator Arms: Choose from pneumatic pressure arm (flat surfaces), pneumatic blow- on arm (non- contact for delicate/recessed products), or pneumatic roll – on arm (dynamic labeling on moving lines).
- Wide Media Flexibility: Supports labels from 10mm to 300mm in height, up to 104mm in width, and 600m ribbon rolls.
- Industrial – Grade Pneumatic Components : Equipped with Airtac /SMC cylinders, sensors, solenoid valves, and air source processors; blow- on models additionally include a negative pressure gauge for precise vacuum control.
- Intuitive Control & Real- Time Diagnostics: Features a Panasonic PLC and LCD touch screen with visual alarms and signal output for easy troubleshooting.
- Superior Print Performance: Delivers speeds up to 18ips with 203/300/600 dpi resolution options for crisp, scannable 1D/2D barcodes.
- Seamless System Integration: Provides extensive connectivity: Ethernet ( Modicon TCP), RS- 232, USB, GPIO, and optional WiFi for direct
communication with factory automation networks.
