This is an integrated feeding line which we made for a World-renowned pharmaceutical company in Asia.It helped customer complete multiple processes,including feeding,capping,UV laser  marking, visual inspection and rejection.The whole line is divided into three sections,and the speed of each sec- tion can be adjusted separately.The maximum capacity is over 200 bottles per minute.The laser marking is achieved from the bottom of the bottle,with a 15 watts laser gun.Customer can see and set all the pa- rameters from HMl easily.The whole line is only 2.7 meter,helping save lot of space for customers.

Introduction

With built-in positioning and measurement algorithms,MV-SC3016C vision sensor can detect  object’s existence,position,dimension,color,etc.It can be monitored and operated via the SCMVS client.It can output re-sults via RS-232 and Ethernet,and cooperate with other processes via I0.The vision sensor supports multiple result output methods and customized result text output.

Customer can put around 30 pcs off cartons to the laoding area in on time, then our feeding line willseparate the cartons one by one and transport them to  the  coding  area.The  printing  will happen when the sensor detect the carton.Customer use a double  heads UV inkjet printer to print both side of the carton,with the printing height of around 50mm.After the coding is fin- ished,the cylinder pushes the cartons and  stacks  them  up  automatically, thus saving a lot of manpower.
